B.A., Burgers, and Sleeping Powder

B.A. is drugged once again:

B.A. says Hannibal spiked his burger. He takes Hannibal's burger.
B.A. says Hannibal knew he would switch burgers. Hannibal must have spiked his own burger instead.
B.A. takes Faceman's burger.
B.A. realizes that Face's burger must be spiked. He takes Murdock's instead.
B.A. thinks now that Hannibal spiked all of the burgers...except his. He takes his burger back.
B.A. has a sip of his milk.
B.A. passes out!

Now, Hannibal did not spike the burgers. If he didn't, what did he spike? THE MILK!
